Our Impact

Our Key Focuses

Children and Youth Assistance Programs

Through our various initiatives, including the Back-to-School Bash, Healthy Eyes on the Eastside, and Trunk-or-Treat, the Selfless Hands Foundation is committed to serving children and youth in our community. We provide essential resources such as school supplies, clothing, eyeglasses, meals, hygiene items, and access to fun and educational events. Our goal is to ensure that children and youth have the support they need to thrive, regardless of their economic circumstances, and to promote equality and well-being within our community.

Community Engagement & Outreach Programs

The Selfless Hands Foundation's Community Engagement and Outreach Programs encompass a range of initiatives, including our participation in the Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. National Day of Service, hosting of Community Resource Fairs and seminars, organizing neighborhood clean-up and beautification projects, and annual events like the Wear Orange Service Project. These programs are dedicated to fostering community engagement, empowering marginalized populations, promoting education and employment, and addressing social justice issues within Northeast Oklahoma City and beyond. Through these initiatives, we aim to create a positive impact and drive meaningful change within our community.

Food Insecurity and Hunger Prevention

Through our Food Insecurity and Hunger Prevention Programs, such as our Blessing Boxes, fresh food and produce distributions, and emergency food assistance, our organization provides essential food items, hygiene products, and support during emergency crises, ensuring that those in need have access to nutritious food and essential supplies.

Emergency Crisis Relief and Disaster Response

Through our Emergency Crisis Relief and Disaster Response programs, including the Selfless Hands Crisis Hub, Emergency Food Assistance, Emergency Rapid Re-Housing Assistance, and Emergency Rent and Utilities Assistance, the Selfless Hands Foundation serves as a lifeline during times of crisis. Our organization swiftly mobilizes resources and support to provide immediate relief, foster community resilience, and aid in long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts. We offer essential services such as food assistance, housing support, and financial aid to individuals and families affected by disasters and sudden crises, ensuring their well-being, stability, and the restoration of hope.

Who We Serve

Our community initiatives and efforts primarily support vulnerable and underserved populations impacted by domestic violence, emergency crisis, disaster, and homelessness in the Oklahoma City metro area. We also inspire donors and volunteers to connect with great causes and continue their support of our organization in a sustainable manner to make a personal and social impact.
